2. Intellectual Property
2.1 Our Property: The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RTS Labs and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.
2.2 Your Property (User Content): You retain all ownership rights to the data, safety checklists, photos, and reports you upload to the Field1st Platform. By uploading content, you grant RTS Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, backup, and display that content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.
3. User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access the Service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service:
In any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws.
To transmit any “junk mail,” “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate RTS Labs, an employee, or another user.
To engage in “scraping” or unauthorized data extraction.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RTS LABS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF THIS SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO RTS LABS FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. RTS Labs does not warrant that:
The Service will function uninterrupted or secure at any particular time.
Any errors or defects will be corrected.
The results of using the Service will meet your specific safety or compliance requirements.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
